Which Contact Solution To Buy For Soft And Hard Contact Lenses

Most supermarkets and convenience stores hold contact lens solution in the section for over the counter medications. There might be several brands of contact lens solution to choose from. Opti Free or store brand? No rub or regular? Taking care of your contact lenses is crucial. If bacteria is allowed to manifest on them, you risk eye infections and possibly even blindness. For your health and comfort, know the differences between the different types of contact lens solution to keep your eyes in perfect health.

For most everyday contact lens users, a single multipurpose contact solution and a case is all that will be necessary to keep contact lenses clean. A multipurpose solution is a combination of a disinfecting and cleaning solution. You will have to use a multipurpose cleaning solution by taking your contacts out, one at a time. and squirting it with your multipurpose solution. Gently rub the contact in the palm of your hand with the tip of your finger. Swipe it gently in straight lines, not in a circle, to avoid tears to delicate soft lenses. If your multipurpose solution says that it is “no rub,” you can skip this step, but it would not hurt if extra debris is visible. Rinse the contact in the solution and store it in the appropriate side of the case. Be sure not to get your contacts mixed up.

Most of the time, a multipurpose contact solution is just fine for storing your now clean contact lenses. Place your clean contact lens in the right side of your contact case if it is from your right eye, and your left if it is from your left eye. Contacts should always be kept in the appropriate side to avoid mix ups. Your prescription is most likely to be slightly different in each eye, and the eyes can be harmed if the wrong contact is used. Fill up the case so that the solution covers the contact and it floats. Screw on the cap.

If you have sensitive eyes or certain kinds of prescriptions, you might have to use a disinfecting enzyme cleaner or protein remover. These might be used every day or once a week, and make the contacts more comfortable by removing build up of protein that forms in the eye during usage. You will not have to worry about this step unless your doctor says it is a necessary step in your contact solution routine. You might also want to keep a re-wetting solution on hand to keep your eyes moist.

Your liver is vital to your health as it plays an important role in your body’s metabolic processes – particularly detoxification. Most of us take our liver for granted: it’s probably the most ignored organ in your body, even though it is one of the most important.

How many of you have taken the time on a yearly basis to say:

“It’s about time I cleaned by liver to make sure it stays healthy!”

I would guess probably very few of you! That’s a shame because a healthy liver is critical for maintaining perfect health. Let’s take a look at why!

Your liver:

Detoxifies all the toxins it encounters both from inside or outside your body, converting fat-soluble toxins into water-soluble substances you can get rid of. The waste may also be converted into bile, which is useful in digestion.
Detoxifies environmental pollutants. If your liver didn’t continually remove metabolic waste and toxins from your bloodstream, you’d be dead in a matter of hours.
Filters harmful toxins and substances out of nearly 100 gallons of blood every day and allows nutrients to reach your cells.
Produces more than 13,000 crucial chemicals and hormones including cholesterol, testosterone and estrogen. It also manages more than 50,000 enzymes to maintain a healthy body.
Regulates blood-sugar levels and prevents dangerous spikes and lows.
Production of blood proteins, clotting factors and substances important to the production of red blood cells (erythrocytes)
Stores essential vitamins and minerals – including vitamins A, D, K and B12 – that help keep your bones strong.

When you’re overloaded with toxins such as alcohol, prescription drugs, household chemicals, processed foods and more, your liver finds another way to get rid of waste. It creates balls of fat that collect in the liver itself. Those fats also spill into your bloodstream in the form of triglycerides, which increase your risk of heart disease.

Your liver also moves those toxins to other areas of your body, including your skin. In fact, skin conditions like dandruff and psoriasis are signs that your liver isn’t working effectively and it requires a good cleaning.

Laughter, Perfect Health, and the Law of Attraction

It is easiest to prevent disease or to catch something right with it happens or is beginning to solidify in your body. It is easiest to clear up that vibration right there.

So, what should you do if you already have a health condition you’d rather not have?

Really, you should do the same things you do to create great health. (Keeping positive and focusing on your appreciation for the wonderful magic of your body.)

But, once you have a condition, it might be harder to keep positive.

Once you have a condition it might be a little more difficult to remember how magical your body truly is.

Sometimes you need a little distraction AWAY FROM your body and its wonderfulness (and current aggravation).

So, LAUGH.

What makes you laugh?

Get joke books.

Watch comedy routines. There are entire television channels dedicated to comedy.

Watch funny movies.

Get one of those little laughter- making sound machines.

Try practicing laughter yoga.

Search online for funniest videos. There are some GREAT ONES out there.

Hilarity is one of the best-feeling, highest-vibrations places that exists. It is right up there with love and joy and appreciation in the Power Zone of the Law of Attraction where you easily attract and manifest the things you desire – like perfect health.

There are many, many stories of people with “dread” diseases who, while awaiting treatment, distracted themselves with funny movies and discovered when they went in for treatment that their condition had disappeared. Wouldn’t that be nice.

Here’s the trick to this – just do it for the FUN. Don’t add the burden of thinking while you are trying to laugh anything like, “this must heal me.”

Try to relax into thinking things more like “isn’t this fun.” And: “I sure do love to laugh.” And: “isn’t this guy/gal hilarious.”

As the classic comedian, Milton Berle once said: “Laughter is an instant vacation.” Amen!
