EFT: How To Use EFT To Heal Your Body
A colleague asked how to use EFT to help having a stomach problem, and that’s what spurred me onto let you know about this healing affirmations list.
Tapping during these healing affirmations is a way that you can heal from the kind of physical issue* — whether it’s pain, muscle tension, flu, or a chronic condition or disease. The body is eager to operate in its best state of perfect health. It is only waiting for the signals to achieve that. It’s astonishing what your system can perform by itself with a few conscious nudges from you focusing on good outcomes.
I’ve been by using this technique and sharing it with clients for a long time. In fact, this list of affirmations is my primary doctor! I nip things within the bud once they first show up, and remain really healthy this way. Thanks to EFT Master Lindsay Kenny for that foundation of their email list, which I have fine-tuned to maximize results.
Just insert your own body’s challenge within the blanks while you tap on these affirmative sentences. There is no tapping set-up phrase needed. Just tap, moving to a new point with each phrase. You can add your own phrases. Make sure to be specific as to the discomfort or illness that’s affecting you (for example, “pain behind my left knee”).
